Citizens and jobs
Citizens can be assigned to mine, gather, haul, research, and manufacture weapons, armor, food, and supplies. Their labor supports the colony and connects management decisions to combat preparation.
Fear, loyalty, and rebellion
Official descriptions identify fear, propaganda, surveillance, punishment, comfort, and prosperity as ways to shape citizens. People may become grateful, afraid, loyal, or quietly rebellious, and dissent can develop into revolt.
Captives and conversion
Weakened enemies can be captured during combat and returned to the base. The official description says prisoners can face fear, indoctrination, execution, or conversion, with conversion turning a former enemy into a citizen.
What is not yet public
Exact thresholds, decay rates, hidden formulas, optimal policy sequences, and the numerical path from dissent to revolt have not been publicly documented in a complete, versioned reference. This guide does not estimate them.
